By accessing or using the Certified Community platform ("ConneX Soccer"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for ensuring your registration information is accurate and complete.
You own the content you post (photos, videos, text) but grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to display and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe third‑party rights and is not illegal, offensive, or misleading.
Prohibited conduct includes: harassing others, impersonation, posting spam, transmitting malware, attempting to hack, or violating any applicable law.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' notice. Renewal is automatic unless canceled before the end of the current period. Payments are processed securely by third‑party gateways; we do not store full payment details.
Each profile is allowed up to 4 content updates per calendar year. Excess update requests may be rejected or incur additional fees. Administrators may adjust this limit in case of abuse.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any user that violates these terms, at our sole discretion. We may also terminate or suspend access to the platform for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
The platform, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ConneX Soccer or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConneX Soccer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConneX Soccer, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your user content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Addis Ababa. We encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ConneX Soccer regarding the use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements.
