4. Location & Map Features

To view shops on the map and discover nearby listings, Buysellol requests access to your device's location. We only collect precise location when you explicitly grant permission — and you can revoke it at any time via your device settings.

• Location data is used exclusively to display relevant shops and listings in your vicinity.
• We do not store your precise location history; we use a temporary geohash to power the map view.
• If you deny location access, you can still browse and trade — but the map and local discovery features will be limited.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Buysellol includes advertisements to keep the platform free for all users. We work with trusted ad partners who comply with privacy regulations.

• Ads are shown based on general interests (e.g., product categories you browse), not on sensitive personal data.
• We do not share your email, location, or identifiable information with advertisers without your explicit consent.
• Third-party SDKs (for analytics or ads) may collect anonymized device data; these are governed by their own privacy policies.

You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android / iOS).
