Welcome to Buysellol. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Buysellol marketplace (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. Buysellol reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Selling Items

Any user may list items for sale on Buysellol. The following rules apply:

• Quick Sell: You can sell items quickly by paying the listing fee set by Buysellol (see Section 8). Once the fee is paid, your item will be featured and made visible to all users.
• Free Delivery for Sellers: When you sell an item, Buysellol provides free delivery for that item to the buyer (within applicable regions). This benefit is subject to the item’s weight and dimensions; additional charges may apply for oversized items.
• Listing Rules: You must accurately describe your item, including condition, price, and any defects. You may not list prohibited items (see Section 10). You retain ownership of your item until it is sold, but you grant Buysellol a license to display and promote your listing.
• Transaction Completion: Once a buyer purchases your item, you are obligated to ship the item within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so may result in account penalties.

4. Buying Items

Buyers have two options to purchase items on Buysellol:

• Order via Platform: You can place an order directly through the app. Buysellol will handle the entire delivery process, including shipping and tracking. A service fee (see Section 8) will be added to your total. This fee covers logistics, buyer protection, and customer support.
• Call Seller: You may contact the seller directly using the in‑app messaging or phone number provided. If you choose this option, the transaction is between you and the seller; Buysellol does not facilitate delivery or payment and is not responsible for any disputes arising from such transactions.

When you order via the platform, you agree to pay the full price plus applicable service fees and taxes. Buysellol reserves the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

5. Creating a Shop

Registered users can create a dedicated shop page within Buysellol. By doing so, you gain:

• High Visibility: Your shop will be featured in the app’s marketplace and may receive millions of views through our promotional algorithms and search results.
• Free Delivery for Orders: When a customer orders an item from your shop via the platform, Buysellol provides free delivery for that order (subject to regional and weight limitations).
• Shop Management Tools: You can edit your shop’s name, logo, description, and manage your inventory, track orders, and communicate with customers.
• Analytics: Access to view counts, sales data, and customer insights to help you grow your business.

Shop creation is subject to approval; Buysellol reserves the right to decline or remove any shop that violates our content policies.

6. Editing and Managing Items

As a seller or shop owner, you can edit your listings at any time. This includes:

• Updating price, description, photos, and quantity.
• Pausing or removing a listing (subject to any ongoing orders).
• Managing shipping preferences and returns policy.

You are responsible for keeping your listings accurate. Inaccurate or misleading listings may be removed, and your account may be subject to suspension.

7. Features & Delivery Services

Buysellol offers the following features to enhance your experience:

• Messaging: Direct chat between buyers and sellers for negotiation and questions.
• Notifications: Real‑time alerts for orders, messages, and promotions.
• Secure Checkout: All payments processed through our trusted partners are encrypted.
• Free Delivery: As mentioned, sellers and shop owners receive free delivery for orders placed through the platform. This benefit is limited to eligible regions and standard shipping methods.
• Express Shipping: For an additional fee, buyers can opt for faster delivery.

8. Service Fees & Price Changes

Buysellol charges fees for certain services. By using these services, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Current fees are:

Changes to Fees: Buysellol may modify its fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email or in‑app notification before any fee change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees. If you do not agree, you must stop using the affected services.

9. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed through secure third‑party gateways. Buysellol does not store your full payment details. Refunds are handled on a case‑by‑case basis:

• If an item is not delivered or is significantly not as described, buyers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Buysellol will mediate disputes.
• Seller fees (Quick Sell) are non‑refundable.
• Service fees for platform orders may be refunded if the order is cancelled before shipping.

10. Prohibited Items & Activities

The following items and activities are strictly forbidden on Buysellol:

• Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, or counterfeit products.
• Hate speech, discriminatory content, or harassment.
• Fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or phishing attempts.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and forfeiture of any fees paid.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it via Settings. Buysellol may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and any pending orders may be cancelled.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Buysellol provides the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error‑free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buysellol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Buysellol is a marketplace facilitator; we are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not endorse any item or seller, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Buysellol is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the app and on our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or in‑app notification. Your continued use of Buysellol after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
